This everyday Filipino pastry has evolved! From our corner panadero to Red Ribbon bake shop and the likes, to high-end, 5-star hotel patisseries, Ensaymada has truly evolved. The Ensaymada I make has also changed. It has become fluffier and tastier. Thanks to the people who have been patronizing my products and has given me the chance to practice my baking skills.
